The site has a contemporary look and feel and offers live help from Jameson real estate professionals through the new Live Chat feature.
The Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection is the flagship luxury program of an international real estate network that participates in more million-dollar-plus luxury transactions than any other single real estate organization. liQuidprint created a public site that integrates with an extranet and an admin tool. The extranet allows brokers and agents around the country to load properties to the site and the admin allows Luxury Portfolio employees to maintain the site.
The Masiello Group is a regional, full service real estate company. liQuidprint's most recent project with the Masiello Group was the development of a custom Lead Management System. This system gives them the ability to manage leads from various sources and immediately respond to their customers.
Through the custom system, the Masiello Group's leads team can quickly route leads to the appropriate agents. The system also tracks all customer activity, manages follow-up dates and activities, and even provides them with valuable reporting on lead sources and conversion rates.
