Kline May Realty
Like many brokers, Kline May wanted to streamline its website's navigation, freshen its design while converting site visitors to sales leads.
Kline May came to liQuidprint to separate itself from other realty agencies serving Virginia's historic Shenandoah Valley. Like many brokers, Kline May wanted to streamline its website's navigation, freshen its design and layout while attracting repeat visitors with unique features.
During its initial project audit, liQuidprint identified a key hurdle for visitors searching Kline May's real estate listings. Because the site drew information directly from the local multiple listing service, the realty agency was limited in the amount and format of listing data presented to its clients. liQuidprint reconfigured the listing data and designed a robust search engine feature that enables visitors to easily identify homes that match their criteria, view property data and photos, schedule a showing and even estimate the monthly mortgage payment.
One unique feature grew out of buyer's frustration of not being "first to know" when a new listing became available. liQuidprint created an application, whereby registered users to the site, can receive an immediate alert on their desktop when a new home matching their criteria is listed.
Best of all, liQuidprint installed a Web-based content management system so that each agent can update their own listing information, which removes old bottlenecks and growing costs associated with outsourcing website updates.
