The Masiello Group is the largest real estate company in New Hampshire and Maine, with 23 offices serving more than 170 communities. With over 5,000 residential and commercial transactions annually, and sales in excess of one billion, they are regarded as the leading real estate company in the region. But sometimes being the biggest presents the biggest challenges.
When the Masiello Group partnered with liQuidprint, they already had a functional website, with limited information on properties, sales agents and their offices.
A well-known name in the real estate market, their website was generating traffic. But what good is traffic if the site does not capitalize on the visitors?
Our challenge was to create a valuable resource for homebuyers and homesellers alike - one that would help capture the opportunities that knocked on their website door. At the same time, the site had to be a valuable tool for the sales agents - a vital part of any real estate organization.
liQuidprint developed a site that encourages buyers and sellers to utilize the site. We built a robust property search, with up-to-date and detailed listing information. We also added a property showing feature, encouraging buyers to act immediately on the homes they view. We developed a property update program, HomeScout, which searches several Multiple Listing Services and emails customers new listings that meet their search criteria. Since consumers enroll in this free program, valuable information is collected – including their email address. More importantly, the program initiates communication with consumers and develops relationships in an automated, cost-effective manner.
Sales agents also enjoy the benefits of HomeScout by enrolling their existing customers. Since the program is automated, it saves them valuable time - allowing them to focus on what they do best: selling properties.
The final step was the implementation of reports on the concrete results the website produces. Sales associates have access to metrics on their listings; the number of times a property was viewed on the website, the number of showings requested online and the number of times a property was included in a HomeScout update. A valuable sales tool, sales associates utilize this reporting to maintain their current listings, and to help gain new ones.
